Change your business behavior to protect the environment

As the CEO of TANDBERG I am pledging to do what I can to provide workable environmental solutions for business. Within my own organization, that means initiating and sustaining CO2 reduction programs.

We are hearing a lot about carbon offset programs these days, and that’s a start for many companies. This 'green' activity however, only marginally contributes to dealing with the critical issue of CO2 emissions.

Frankly, when TANDBERG debuted its first video system to the European market in 1989, we viewed it as a tool to enhance business productivity. We did not think of it as a green technology. We are humbled to realize that what we have been creating all along is an environmental solution for business.

Here’s what I ask: set a goal of reducing your organization’s CO2 emissions by a fixed percentage. Step forward and make changes in your business behavior that will help you reach that goal.
